Mandy's love for the ocean and the diverse array of marine life she has encountered over the past 20 years, surfing and travelling, has created a passionate drive in the quest for sustainable oceans. Mandy currently works with Youth Services and is keen to educate them about protecting the environment through fun and educational means.

An avid surfer and ocean lover, Tim is passionate about raising awareness of key environmental issues through his various research, photography and film projects. Tim has studied and worked in environmental management and conservation for 10 years. "The marine debris problem is huge. It's imperitive we educate the greater community about the accumulation of plastic in our oceans, and, us. We must act now."

Sea-ish and fish-driven Roberta has had a lifetime love affair with our oceans and estuaries. As a marine ecologist , she has spent over 20 years working to conserve marine and coastal habitats. She is currently involved with marine and estuarine protection initiatives.

Chris Tola has a long history of involvement in coastal management in Australia including: Founding Member of the Australian Coastal Society, National Judge and for Keep Australia Beautiful’s Australian Clean Beach Awards, Assessment Panelist for the Australian Government Community Coastcare Initiative and now works in local government.

As a surfer, Jamie Brown enjoys being in and around the ocean and seeing all that it has to offer. Take 3 is her way of saying thank you to the ocean, for all of the amazing experiences it has and will keep giving to her and future generations to come. 

A surfer and surfboard shaper for over 30 years, Rex Marechal is devoted to the ocean. He has been an avid supporter of Take 3 and loves the odd beach clean-up.
